Coquelin vs Fabregas
This middle battle is arguably the most crucial of all. It’s the balls from deep that will orchestrate Chelsea’s attack, and there’s very few players out there better then Cesc at picking out an incisive ball.
His vision and creativity has seen him assists 17 Chelsea goals as he leads the league assists table. He’ll be looking to feed the likes of Eden Hazard and Diego Costa, their two main goal threats.
Against Manchester City, the main creator was David Silva, whom Coquelin was very good at keeping stuffing out. This time it’s Fabregas, a player Wenger knows better than anyone. He’ll be instructing Coquelin to target the Spaniard very closely.
