Arsenal were held by Norwich City on Sunday afternoon after despite a change in manager, the club failed to pick up a win, extending their win-less run in the Premier League to two months.
The Gunners have managed to pick up just four Premier League wins this season and are starting to lose serious ground on their top four rivals, especially Chelsea and Leicester City.
Some fans had hoped the Gunners would bounce from Emery’s departure but despite a promising start to the game, the teams defensive frailties were again exposed, which saw Arsenal fall behind in the game on two occasions. Despite going into half time 2-1 down, Arsenal had looked fairly promising going forward, but equally bad at the back. A brace from captain Aubameyang brought the team back level, but the Gunners ultimately fell away in the second half and were perhaps fortunate to hold on to the point.
Here’s how Twitter reacted to Freddie’s first game – as you can see, it’s pretty mixed.
It’s ridiculous that “Freddie Out” was trending today. First game after two training sessions for Ljungberg and fans are calling for him out. Prime Ferguson, Mourinho and Wenger combined wouldn’t do better with this current mess. Hilarious fanbase. We don’t deserve anything.

1. Ljungberg needs to drop Lacazette because;
A. Aubamayang is a better CF
B. Playing Laca means Arsenal don't play wingers thus making their attack more predictable and less creative
C. Lack of wingers exposes the fullbacks
D. Auba's full potential is wasted out wide— Emmanuel Nwachukwu (@emma_dele) December 1, 2019

#AFC summary from Freddie's first game.
– Motivation better.
– Attacking football slightly better.
– Team selection worse.
– Defence worse (Chambers and Mustafi have had their last chances now).
– Subs equally bad (terrible).— PB (@OliPriceBates) December 1, 2019
We haven't won in the league since October. No away wins since August. We lack confidence in key situations. Freddie has had one day to prepare. We need to give him a little more time. We had some good spells, but we need to sustain that more and prevent the counter.

Arsenal fans actually have some sort of PTSD. The reactions to Freddie’s first game proves it ?

Arsenal fans are so dumb. Sure Freddie is just in charge but he can be held accountable for picking a terrible XI and making bad subs. I’m still fully behind him while he’s here but he doesn’t get a free pass on blatantly picking the wrong players.

Aubameyang has scored all Arsenal away goals in the league since September. Insane
