Watch: Video From The Stands As Alexis Scores Late Arsenal Winner

Arsenal left it extremely late to grab the three points in what was a thrilling encounter against a resilient Burnley side on Sunday afternoon – and the vital moment was caught on camera from the stands.

Just like in the reverse fixture, the Gunners scored in added time to snatch the 3 points. But Burnley had also scored in stoppage time and it looked as if they were the ones to get revenge and snatch a point. But the Arsenal players kept going for the full 7 minutes of added time and they got their reward when a high foot caught Koscielny in the face.

Take a look at the moment, brilliantly captured by an Arsenal fan and Twitter user.

It must have been great to be in the crowd as that went in. After Burnley’s equaliser the mood will have dropped to an all-time low, only for Alexis to bring it back up again and keep the Gunners title hopes alive.

It’s a tricky fixture to analyse completely, as the Gunners played very well on the whole. The only issues were poor finishing and a couple of stupid decisions from Granit Xhaka and Francis Coquelin. Both defensive midfielders need to improve their discipline as mistakes like that are likely to cost us points in other games.
