After a disappointing game against Swansea on Monday, the Gunners looked set to get back into gear, against their 3rd place rivals Manchester United.
The match finished as a draw, with Arsenal under performing, but it puts Arsenal in the driving seat to secure third place as they need just three points from their remaining two fixtures against Sunderland in midweek and West Brom at the weekend, where the Gunners draw their campaign to a close.
Here are some of the best tweets of the game :
Arsene Wenger names an unchanged XI for the 6th game in a row. The first time he’s ever done this as Arsenal boss. pic.twitter.com/UiP2OR6xnP

Look at Young. That’s directness and crosses you’d want from a winger. Then look at Ramsey. That’s not what you want from a winger.

0 – Arsenal have failed to have a single shot in the first-half of a PL game for the first time since November 2004 v Liverpool. Hushed.

Win our last two games and Arsenal will have taken 60/66 points against the bottom 11 teams. That’s damn impressive.
