Arsenal managed a 2-1 win at Selhurst park on Saturday afternoon, despite both of the Gunners goals being dubious and Crystal Palace dominating for long periods.
Arsenal were far from their best, as they have often been when playing away from home this season. The Gunners need to perfect their away form if they are to finish inside the top four and three points today will have gone someway to helping that. Arsenal are now up to third for the time being after Manchester United lost, but that didn’t stop the majority of Arsenal fans seeing the negative side of the game. Here’s how Twitter reacted to the result:
Lucky to escape Selhurst with 3 points. Hate to say it but Palace deserved something from that. We'll take it, though. #Arsenal

'Arsenal can never grind out results.'
'A poor performance by Arsenal. They were lucky to win today.'
Pleaes make up your mind.

Arsenal just out here quietly beating bad teams 2-1, solidifying their hold on third place, as Arsene Wenger smokes his Gauloises and shrugs

Palace super unlucky to lose that. Dominated second half. Arsenal very poor. Half time hot chocolate a genius move on my part. #cpfc
