If available, this second target should be purchased without second thought. Alexis Sanchez of Barcelona has had an amazing third season at the Catalan Giants. He’s scored 19 goals and produced 11 assists in La Liga. Sanchez was the team’s second highest goal scorer behind Lionel Messi. Playing mainly on the right wing, Sanchez could be the quick, dribbling and agile attacker Arsenal have been missing since Alexander Hleb. Theo Walcott is a great finisher and is unmatched in pace but isn’t as skilful on the ball. Arsenal do have players like Gnabry and Oxlade-Chamberlain who attain the same abilities as Sanchez but aren’t the finished product. Sanchez would provide the experience and goal scoring record which could win games. At a possible fee of around €25 million, Arsène Wenger should jump at the chance to sign the young Chilean who still hasn’t fulfilled his full potential.
