Arsenal are set for an extremely busy deadline day with many ins and outs taking place. In this article we take a look at the three most likely transfers IN that Arsenal could complete on the final day of the window. It’s even possible that all three could take place.
1 – Jonny Evans
Arsenal and Leicester City have recently had bids in excess of £25million turned down for Evans, with West Brom holding firm with their £30million valuation of the Northern Irish defender. Arsenal are said to be keen to offload Shkodran Mustafi to Inter Milan, but that will only happen if the Gunners can bring in a replacement and Arsenal are said to be interested in Evans as that replacement. Arsene Wenger reportedly wanted to sign Evans last summer ahead of Mustafi, but his scouts and StatDNA convinced him to go for the German. Fresh Arsenal understands Wenger is not a fan of Mustafi and remains an admirer of Evans, with Wenger keen to beat Manchester City and Leicester to the players signature on deadline day.
