2. William Carvalho
Arsenal have had a bid for William Carvalho rejected, but could bid again. The news comes directly from Sporting Lisbon.
It is thought Lisbon are asking for around £22million, and it is unknown what offer was rejected. Surely Arsene Wenger will be willing to stump up an extra few million to secure his signing. There is a 3rd party involved in this deal and that appears to be complicating things. However this is one of the few players that could be sold on deadline day and is still available. Carvalho would be perfect for us and can cover at centre back too. Do it Arsene.
