3. Nathaniel Clyne
Soaring up the ranks and moving firmly into the position of Roy Hodgson’s first choice right-back in the England set-up has seen a brilliant start to the season for this defender. Probably wandering why a defender is one to be wary of, well, it’s because he isn’t much of one at all. An imposed attacking full-back is no stranger to Arsene, so surely he will set out right to defend strongly against his surging runs in behind? Probably not, and with both Gibbs and Monreal struggling, it doesn’t look good for the left side of Arsenal’s defence either. Clyne’s ability to get in behind and send in some devastating crosses will be a huge struggle for Arsenal to defend against, especially when we haven’t doubled up on him and Saido Mane. Clyne even has a goal in him, so he essentially caps off three of Southampton’s best players, and the ones Arsenal should be very wary of.
