2. Mesut Ozil
After an early season blip that could have convinced you to drop Mesut Ozil from your squad, it’s time to bring him back as he showed he is still a world-class player with his contribution against Aston Villa last weekend- a goal and an assist in a game where he ran riot.
That performance is hopefully likely to convince Arsene Wenger to continue playing the German star through the middle, in a position where we all know what he is capable of. Should he get the nod there, then he can tear Spurs a new one and is likely to ran rampant once again after showing signs of assembling a big partnership with the next player on this list.
The concern for Ozil is if he is deployed out wide, as that is where he struggles to make an impact and comes under heavy criticism. However, with his performances last weekend and Sanchez’ in midweek, hopefully Ozil will be in the centre and Sanchez on the left.
