2 – Michy Batshuyai (Marseille)
Admittedly a player that has come up through the ranks and possibly isn’t ready to lead the line for Arsenal’s attack, but the 22-year-old is getting everyone talking.
He may be tied to a long-term contract but this is the man that Premier League clubs are eyeing up due to his rapid improvement and ability to hold a mature attitude.
Having led the charge for Marseille for the majority of the season, the Belgian could well be looking to get out of a club that are struggling to get back into their groove.
Marseille were once feared as one of the top sides in Ligue 1, but following their lowly 13th place finish Batshuayi could see this as a great chance to continue playing top level football.
So what does he bring to the Gunners, well pace, power and desire are the words you’d use to describe him and once again he offers something completely different to Giroud.
A move for the youngster could be very similar to that of Anthony Martial, the pair are very similar in their position and like to cut in and have a go from every angle.
Whether or not he can cope with a move of that size remains to be seen, but with London rivals Tottenham and West Ham also on the lookout, this could be deal out of Wenger’s hands.
