Forwards: Theo Walcott and Reiss Nelson
Two players with incredibly similar styles but one has his entire career in front of him whilst the other is facing an uphill battle to get the fans back on his side.
Yep, Walcott was quite simply awful against Cologne and his poor form has led to him having to play in games like this one, where he simply has to step up with the goals.
I really don’t see where Walcott fits in to this new formation and he’ll now have to go up against a player like Nelson who the fans deem more exciting to feature in Wenger’s plans.
Nelson has already lit up the Under-23’s and if after playing less then ten minutes in the Europa League will be eagerly awaiting the chance to pull on the shirt again.
