Reports: 3 Signings Arsenal Could Seal Within The Next 30 Days

Arsenal will need to ensure they pull off the right deals this summer if they are to withhold the same standards of their Premier League rivals.

The likes of Chelsea and both Manchester clubs both have changed in the manager’s office as well as on the pitch, and with their big money moves comes high expectations.

Arsene Wenger has already revealed he’s looking to add two more top signings to the club, whilst ensuring the squad dynamic doesn’t get disrupted with too many departures.

Following the £35million capture of Granit Xhaka, the Gunners have also welcomed young Japenese striker Takuma Asano to the club, who is likely to head out on loan.

But despite the 21-year-old’s arrival, the frustrated supporters are still waiting for a household name signing to come through the doors of the Emirates.

We’ve outlined the three further transfers that Wenger will want to get over the line in time for the new season, with just enough time to join the rest of the squad for a heavy pre-season.

1 – Alexandre Lacazette

Options in the attacking role are getting slimmer with every day that passes for the Arsenal fans, but this really seems to be a signing that excites them.

Despite the striker targets thinning out, the links to Lacazette are increasing all of the time with Wenger recently refusing to comment on the chances of getting the Frenchman.

With the injury to Danny Welbeck keeping him out for a further eight months, the time has never been more perfect for the Gunners boss to lay down a message to his critics.

Lacazette comes with everything we’re looking for and at just 25 he still has his best years ahead of him, having been at Lyon all of his life including academy years.

He offers something different to Olivier Giroud and has a lethal eye for goal when given half a chance, but of course there’s always a risk of throwing a player like him into the deep end.

Having missed out on a place in the French squad at Euro 2016, Lacazette would be expected to come in and lead the line for the frankly impatient Arsenal supporters, in the world’s most demanding league.

However, with Chelsea signing Batshuyai and United getting Ibrahimovic, the pathway is open for Arsenal to land a top man up front, with Alvaro Morata and Romelu Lukaku also linked.

Due to Morata having the safety net of Real Madrid and Everton unwilling to sell their top striker on the cheap, you’d have to say that Lacazette looks the likeliest to be completed.
