Three Relegated Premier League Players Arsenal Could Sign

1. John Ruddy ( Norwich)

Many would argue that Ruddy was unlucky not to make the England World Cup squad, and Arsenal could do a lot worse than make him the new no.2 for next season, particularly now that Lukasz Fabianski has departed. If Arsenal were to to lodge a bid it is believed that £6 million would be enough for Norwich to sell and this could be a very shrewd signing for a player with a lot of quality. Last season Ruddy kept 12 clean sheets, a fantastic tally, especially considering that the Canaries were relegated. Ruddy also averaged a claim success of 97% showing his ability to deal with crosses and not shy away from aerial duels with much bigger opponents. Ultimately Ruddy would be a very good signing and at 27 he still has his better years ahead of him. He’d also give good competition to Wojciech Szczesny and at £6 million would be a very worthwhile signing. Use the page numbers below to navigate through the rest of the article.
