Dynamic Arsenal Midfielder Injured On International Duty

Tomas Rosicky has become the latest Arsenal player to pick up an injury on international duty.

There is no time frame put on his injury yet. Rosicky confirmed the injury himself, after he sat out his country’s game against Kazhakstan.

“I couldn’t do any sharp movement, couldn’t sprint,” he said. “If I tried to play in one tempo, I wouldn’t make any difference for the team.”

“I’ll come back to London and we’ll see. The doctor said I have something swollen between the muscles.”

Whilst losing Rosicky is not the biggest trauma this squad could possibly suffer, he’s still a talented midfielder who offers the squad some much needed depth.

Hopefully his injury will not keep him out for too long. It’s another number on Arsenal’s injury list though and it is getting very worrying. Arsenal need to hold an internal investigation and get to the route of this injury problem.

Rosicky has become the fourth Arsenal player to pick up an injury on international duty. Laurent Koscielny and Mesut Ozil were sent home and Danny Welbeck picked up a knock against Estonia.
