Arsenal are said to be in pole position to sign Lozano from PSV in a deal that would cost the Gunners in excess of £40million. Since moving from Mexico to the Eredivisie, 22-year-old Lozano has taken his game to the next level, and he is regarded as one of the best young wingers in Europe, leading Arsenal to potentially view him as a successor to Alexis Sanchez, who seems certain to leave the club. Lozano scores a lot of goals and already has 11 in 16 league appearances this season, as well as 4 assists.
