Arsene Wenger will take a squad that have managed to escape any injury concerns following the international break, but things might not be so positive come Saturday afternoon.

The Hornets are currently placed in 13th place in the league, and although that may seem like their target for the season, they have a squad full of talent.

The Premier League new boys have made an instant impact to life in the top division, forcing some hard earned results against some teams in the top half of the table.

1 – Odion Ighalo (Striker)

Having been recently nominated for the Barclays September Player of the Month, the 26-year-old is currently the top goalscorer in English football in 2015 with 21 goals.

The centre forward is making the headlines for himself so far this season, and working alongside his striking partner, Troy Deeney, the Hornets are providing some sort of attacking presence.

Three of his goals so far have come from a Deeney assist, so the duo clearly have some tricks up their sleeves when moving up into the opposition’s goalmouth.

Ighalo has already struck home five goals in the Premier League, placing him behind Jamie Vardy and Sergio Aguero for the top goalscorer plaudit.

And if he wants to remain amongst the big boys, he’ll have to put a shift in against an Arsenal squad that are yet to concede a goal with Gabriel Paulista on the pitch.

Ighalo is the type of player who loves to hug the defensive line, and with Koscielny’s possible absence, you can expect the striker to stay close to Per Mertesacker.

He’s got pace, trickery and loves to score inside the six yard box so will feed off of Deeney when Watford try to break down the back line.

He’s also another player that loves to work on counter attacking football, which is of course what we can predict Watford will do on Saturday afternoon.

If we want to keep a clean sheet, then Gabriel and Coquelin need to take care of the Nigerian international early on in the game, because his confidence will be sky-high coming into this one.
